Crisis Pregnancy Counselor (Akron, OH)
PSS is always in need of pro-life counselors.
If you are interested, please contact PSS executive director Sylvia Slifko. (Great for 55+)
Items needed to help care for our clients:
- Maternity clothing
- Diapers - especially sizes 3 and 4
- Pullups - any size
- Baby and toddler clothing
- Cribs
- Crib mattresses - we especially need new mattresses
- Changing tables
- Formula - any kind (even samples) as long as the dates are current; especially need Similac with Iron and Similac Isomil Advance
- Baby food - in jars
- Baby cereal - dry
- Crib blankets - light and heavier
You Can Help!
On a daily basis, PSS provides needy families with maternity clothing, diapers, baby clothing and nursery supplies — most of which were donated by local churches and businesses.
Your church, business, or organization can help support mothers and babies in a caring, practical way by hosting a Baby Shower or Pack-N-Play Project to collect items for our cashless baby store, Emma’s Closet. Contact PSS to find out how you can help in this way.
